CHENNAI CITY RECEIVES FIRST RAINFALL OF THE YEAR 2019:
Chennai and Thiruvallur districts have been widespread rains this morning.In the past few days temperature increased throughout the city.In Thiruvallur district areas like Ponneri,Gummudipoondi,Avadi,Ambattur area has been seen widespread rains in this morning.
In Chennai it rained in various areas like Adyar,Porur,Guindy,Ayanavaram,
Vadapalani,Ramapuram,Retteri, Virugambakkam, Kilpakkam,Valasaravakkam,Ekkatuthangal,Saligramam,Periyamedu,Anna nagar,Central station, Thiruvottiyur, Kolathur and Pallavaram.Due to the widespread Rains chill climate has been changed throughout the city.
And also in some parts of Krishnagiri District and Salem district.In 2019 this is the first rainfall observed in Tamil Nadu.
